Do I need liposuction after my tummy tuck 6 months ago?

Do not worry about your final result just yet because it is too soon to tell what your final outcome will be. It is impossible to give you good advise without in person evaluation or series of good photos. In genera,l you should wait approximately 1 year for result to mature and stabilize. At that point you should discuss your concerns with a surgeon and decide whether and what kind of revision may be needed. Good luck.

I am sorry to hear about your concerns after tummy tuck surgery.  It is too early to evaluate the outcome of the procedure performed. My best advice: wait until you are about one year post tummy tuck surgery.  Generally, it takes many months for swelling to resolve after tummy tuck surgery and it may take up to one year (or greater) for complete skin redraping to occur. Until then, focus on attention to a healthy diet and exercise program.  
Communicate your concerns and goals directly with your plastic surgeon.  If, in the longer-term you still have the same concerns, excision of redundant skin/tissue and/or additional liposuction surgery may be helpful. Of course, much will depend on your physical examination and concerns at that point.
