You can combine laser resurfacing and rhinoplasty as long as you do not laser the nose. Nasal laser resurfacing can be done subsequently, if desired.
It is possible to undergo laser peel and rhinoplasty at the same time as long as the laser is not done close to the nose. The forehead and cheek areas can certainly be lasered with a rhinoplasty performed at the same time.
It is possible to do a full face laser peel at the same time as a rhinoplasty except it is not advisable to laser the nose at the same time. Most rhinoplasty doctors use a splint or tape on the nose after the procedure and they wont stick if the nose is resurfaced. There are also potential problems with nasal blood supply. I have donea rhinoplasty with full facial laser resurfacing (no nose laser) many times and occasionally will come back to do additional nasal laser resurfacing at a later date.
Yes, you can absolutely combine a chemical face peel with a rhinoplasty. Of course we would probably want to avoid the bridge of the nose but everywhere else would be fine.
If you are having a rhinoplasty you will have to avoid laser treatment of the nasal skin during the same operation because a dressing is normally placed over the nose after the nasal surgery. At least a week or two between the procedures will be necessary or avoid resurfacing the nose at the time of rhinoplasty and then come back later to treat just the nasal skin.
