At my fourth session of laser hair removal, the mole on upper lip got burnt and the skin has flaked off with the mole. I really like the mole,Will it come back? Also what can I do for it to come back at the earliest since it is an identification mark

For the best results you should try and stay on every 4-6 weeks for upper body and 8-10 weeks for lower body. If you take a break it can take longer to get great results as you will be missing the next growth cycle.
To answer your question, yes you are allowed to wear makeup. As far as shaving the area, you may want to hold off on that to lower the chances of added irritation or inflammation of the skin that may interfere with your treatment. Consult with your Doctor on the next visit. Wishing you the best.
