Can I get laser hair removal done if I have moles and red cherry angiomas on skin?

I have moles on my body and would like to get laser hair removal done. But I read somewhere that you shouldn't do laser if you have moles. Is that true? And also can I get laser hair removal if I have red cherry angiomas?
