The steroid cream should not be used on the face unless indicated as it is very harmful if used for a long duration, as it can lead to thinning of the skin, telangiectasia and if stopped the skin colour will return back to the original colour. With steroid cream application you should avoid doing any procedure on the face. Stop the application at least a couple of days before undergoing any procedure.Please consult with your plastic surgeon or board-certified plastic surgeon near you and discuss in detail. Best of luck
Vellus Hair Removal is sometimes reduced by several IPL ( intense pulsed light) , but still not permanent. The best treatment for Vellus hair is electrolysis. Electrolysis is permanent hair removal.. I hope this helps
