Laser hair removal. Do I need to have maintenance for the rest of my life?

I am planning to remove my transplanted hair. I wonder if the hair will comeback and I have to go to the laser clinic once a year for the rest of my life?

From your photo it does look like you have burn from the Laser Hair Removal.  The skin appears intact which is a good sign. The honest answer is it is hard to tell if this burn will cause a scaring or hyperpigmentation. Only Time will Tell. I recommend close follow up with the a doctor or ...

Laser hair removal can help prevent recurrent pilonidal cysts or abscesses. I do this routinely both pre and post surgery. Make sure you are under the supervision of an experienced physician to prevent complications. Best wishes.

It is not clear why you stopped but yes, you should be able to restart your treatments.  Most people require at least 6 – 12 treatments at regular intervals.  You should schedule a follow-up consultation with a Board Certified Dermatologist.
