The Lyra is a 1064 laser, the Genesis also is a 1064, the Limelight is totally different in that it is an IPL. Thank you for your question and good luck with everything.
The Lyra-i Laser and the Laser Genesis are the most similar. They both utilize a 1064nm wavelength for collagen stimulation (as well as other indications- veins, hair, etc). The Limelight (made by Cutera, the same company as Laser Genesis) is an Intense-Pulsed Light (IPL) type of technology as opposed to laser. Limelight is great for diffuse redness, capillaries, brown spots/freckles/sun damage. Laser Genesis can be used for diffuse redness as well. We often combine Genesis and Limelight in our practice. Genesis immediately prior to Limelight makes the skin cells much more receptive to the Limelight treatment for an improved outcome.

Minimal benefit. You should do a series. See a Board Certified Plastic Surgeon or Board Certified Dermatologist. Thank you for your question and good luck with everything.
Treat the red with the IPL/Limelight or Syneron SRA, then a face peel with the Pearl or CO2 laser like the CORE or Active FX. First see a Board Certified Dermatologist or Board Certified Plastic Surgeon.
