Yes you can, simply discuss your goal with the doctor and they can create a custom prescription for your veneers to incorporate the silver. Although I’m not sure why you want this, if it’s to add character to your smile, gold might be a better choice.

Not sure why you would want silver framing around some beautiful veneers that are being placed.Not being judgmental in any way, but well done veneers can be done and can be life altering as they were for me almost 20 years ago. Look just as good as on day 1

I suppose veneers could be framed.  Remember that veneers are for the long term and you might change your mind in a few years. You don't want to be constantly drilling your teeth.
