Hi everyone, I am interested in improving my teeth and help gain a wider more appealing smile. My smile is on the narrow side and I have shorter teeth than average. My peg incisors don't help much either. I recently had a dentist recommend candid aligners, but mentioned it will create large gaps right behind my peg incisors. She recommend veneers after the 10 month aligners, but I'd prefer not creating more gaps, but to fix the gapping. Based on the images what would you recommend?

You would want to see an orthodontist first to level and align the teeth. The malocclusion can be best masked through braces rather than a restorative solution.
Both plans are correct and you can choose any plan. but you need to understand what is the difference between two.
Option 1 - SURGERY: By this, you will improve your facial look. So if you want to enhance your lower jaw, then go for surgery.
Option 2 - ONLY TEETH EXTRACTION: By this, you will...
There are two options in your case
1. space closure by braces: this is the best option because after treatment no implant is needed.
2. distalization of posterior: re-gain space in the canine region and place implant.
