I had BodyTite done on my flanks without any lipo. I'm I going to see much of a result?

BodyTite will melt some of the fat, and damage other fat cells, the net result being some decrease in volume in the areas treated. BodyTite also tightens the skin over the treatment area to a much better degree than other techniques such as Smartlipo. I can only assume the reason why your surgeon did not perform liposuction was that you have very little underlying fat. Obviously some photos would be helpful in making a determination.

It combines two successful technologies into a double-duty procedure that reduces fat while simultaneously tightening the skin. Traditional liposuction removes excess fat and then relies on the skin to contract smoothly over the area on its own. BodyTite reduces fat without leaving behind wrinkly or saggy skin thru the use of radio-frequency. It’s difficult to say without photos or a full evaluation. The device does tighten the skin.  As mentioned previously if you wanted a decrease in the size of the area the removal of fat needs to be done at the same time.
