Surgical removal would likely leave scars that may evolve into unsightly stretch scars with tram track stitch tracks. From the photos, the scars appear flat. If so, then the use of manual Dermastamp microneedling (no need for the added expense and risks of RF microneedling) accompanied by the application of topical pigment enhancing prescription medications can help to repigment the scars and improve their surface texture.
