Eyelid disorder after IPL (Photo)

In February 2016, after 3 months of isotretinoin treatment I decided to try an IPL procedure, right after IPL my eyelids looked pink, but 2 days after IPL I got a terrible “Eczema”, my eyelids went purple. From October to December the eczema came back!, I went to my dermatologist (diagnostic contact dermatitis) he prescribed me loratadine On January, I did patch tests, there was no reaction to allergens but he told me that I had a bit irritation from “PROPYLENE GLYCOL”. What do I have?
