Hi Doctor. Im praveen, 18 , from sri lanka. Doctor I just want to know about Vitamin E 400 capsules evion [green colour] . Im going to use this for my hair growth. Is that harmful fory health? And I want to know can I eat this capsule? Im scared because this capsule is different. Like a rubber. So doctor please help me. Thank you!

"Green color" vitamins do not cure hair loss.  For that matter, any colored pills will not cure hair loss.  See a doctor for an exam.

Isolated vitamin E deficiency is not  common cause of hair loss. If you are truly deficient in vit E, you are probably deficient in other fat soluble vitamins, including A, D K.Of course, without knowing all your medical history, I can't comment if vit E will help you or not. However, it is quite unlikely. Please see your physician for advice

Vitamin E will not cure hairloss. You need to meet with a hair specialist to figure out a gameplan that matches your specific reasons for hairloss.

Of course, if you have a vitamin E deficiency, Vitamin E work, otherwise it has no effect. See a good doctor for a proper diagnosis and treatment recommendation.
