Had a dental implants surgery 6 months, almost 7 months ago. All of a sudden, I have pain around it

I've already done my final Impression for the crown suppose to go in in a few day for that to be put in but I'm have some pain in and around the implant s8ght there's a healing cap on it its not loose or any thing what could this be??

The best way to answer this is with an in-person evaluation. I recommend following up with your Dentist again about your pain or consulting a Prosthodontist. A Prosthodontist is a dental specialist who has advanced training in restoring and replacing teeth and can create a customized treatment using the latest techniques in dental implants.

Sorry you are having this problem. I assume you have not had any problems until now. If so, it is possible that the healing abutment may have impinged on the gum tissue when it was replaced after your impression. I suggest you see your dentist and not wait until the crown delivery appointment.
