Had a dental implants surgery 6 months, almost 7 months ago. All of a sudden, I have pain around it

Sorry you are having this problem. I assume you have not had any problems until now. If so, it is possible that the healing abutment may have impinged on the gum tissue when it was replaced after your impression. I suggest you see your dentist and not wait until the crown delivery appointment.
