I am 3 months and i feel that my face is not right it does not look right my surgeon and orthodontist say i am still very swollen but i dont feel swollen just my upper lips and sides of my noise im pretty much look like a chimpunk i really want my face to be look before i am willing to have surgery again and have my top jaws pushed back it was the worst decision ever my side prfile is bad the size of my face has gone small and round

My advice to you is to wait 6 to 12 months prior to making any decisions about reversing the surgery.   Yes, the surgery can be reversed. However, the last 15 to 20% of swelling can take several months more to finally resolve.  Dr. David Mueller, DDS, FABOMS

Yes, your jaw can be repositioned posteriorly again with a second surgical procedure. But it is extremely possible that there is still a certain amount of swelling present that can distort what your final result will be. I would recommend giving it a little more time before resorting to another surgical procedure.
