I will take 500 mg of amoxicilin as a prophylatic when I have my teeth cleaned because I have a congenital heart defect. I scheduled an appointment to have botox and restylane done afterward. Can I do this on the same day since I have no infection? Will the antibiotic interfere negatively with the botox and/or lessen its effects?

It's exceedingly unlikely for the Botox to be the source of your hair loss. An in-person evaluation by a dermatologist would be the most accurate way to diagnose the hair loss. If the diagnosis is in question, a biopsy may also be performed.
