I had labiaplasty surgery two years ago. Right after the surgery I got an infection. Due to the infection, the scars did not heal as expected. The scars are still painful and itchy. It also tightens them. The gynecologist recommended prp treatment. Could it help? Do you have any other recommendations?

You are correct. The density of the gel that is injected with PRF has the potential to cause a vascular occlusion or blindness. Several documented cases appear in the literature. For this reason, I believe it's safer to inject plain PRP. Find a PRP expert.
