How should I address the laxity in my lower face? (Photo)

Hi, to adresss the laxity at both sides of my chin, I've been told that filler might give me even more unnwanted weight and heaviness there. I'm already doing botox in DAO which is not really improving anything there. What would be your recommendation? Facelift at 44 seeams a bit too early. I saw a plastic surgeon who said you cannot even think of facelifting your lower face before you are in your 50ies. Thx for your advice. Best regards
