Any ideas how to avoid major bumps/acne after PicoWay? (Photo)

Hi everyone I have done some Picoway sessions (still have 2 left to g, for some dark spots, acne scars and pores. After each procedure, my face is covered by big bumps, that take from 1 to 2 weeks to go, and I am afraid, some of them leave some new marks on my skin. I tried to take a anti-histaminc the day before / and day of the procedure, but it didn't avoid the bumps. They happen a few hours after the procedure, and come with itching. Any ideas to avoid them? Pic attached.

Yes there is chance of hair loss but not permanent. you need to start latisse and roller use daily on the brows and proper post tattoo removal skincare to prevent any issues, PRP injections should be done as well (see link). Best, Dr. Emer.
