Can I get microblading if I have a nickel allergy?

I would like to get microblading/phibrows done, however, I recently had an allergy test and found out I am allergic to nickel. I had microblading about three years ago and I don’t believe I had an allergic reaction. Is it ok to get microblading if I have a nickel allergy?

We generally use bacetracin for the microblading aftercare. There is nothing more needed than this ointment
