Who in the US does Laser Jaw Reduction & Contouring procedures similar to the ones performed at Grand Plastic Surgery in Korea?

I had mandibular setback procedure but still need jaw contouring, chin reduction, chin narrowing, & reshaping along w/ soft tissue management. Im not Asian, however I've an Asian face shape & similar issues. Im interested in laser jaw contouring & in particular the Round Rotation Shaving procedure as in here-grandsurgery with a supplemental chin reduct 4 prominent chin. Who does similar procedures here w/ this particular type of laser? Seems so much less invasive.

The short answer to your question is yes some patients can be candidates for orthognathic surgery without orthodontic treatment.  A physical exam would be needed to say definitively but given that you’ve already had braces twice it is possible that you would not need braces again.  H...
