Side effects of the forehead lift surgery if the patient was young?

Hi Dr.s ❤️ . I was wondring that why there are always a certain age to do a surgery.. It's bothring .. :( . Anyway if the patient was at 15 , 16 years old ... Are there any side effects if he had done a brow lift ( Forehead Lift ) ?? . And if there is ... What are the side effects of having a forehead lift at a young age ? . And thanks
