My Invisalign involves extraction &retraction. How will that positively/negatively affect my frontal & side profile? (photo)

extraction of the upper and lower 2nd premolars, retraction of the lower and upper front teeth to reconfigure my bite to a Class I and to make up for the spaces created by extraction of the premolars. Will I experience significant changes to my front profile? i read numerous reports of "sunken in" mouth areas (see attached example photos), tongue retraction leading to sleep apnea and breathing issues, etc as a result of retraction orthodontics.
