It would appear there is more going on than age related maturation of the male hairline. What needs to be properly evaluated is whether there is a telogen effluvium here or androgenetic alopecia or both telogen effluvium and androgenetic alopecia. For this, a proper history and proper examination are needed. Please be sure to see an expert for up close examination and review of your story in full.
