I had my upper, left, second molar extracted today due to a large hole in the tooth. I still have my upper left wisdom tooth, which is about to erupt, and I am curious if it might shift to fill the gap. Or, should I start saving money for an implant? How soon after extraction should I try and get an implant, if needed? What is the average cost for an implant?
