In the mornings my eyes have been super blurry. I had Lasik on April 27th. I have completed my 7 days and steriod and antibiotic drops religiously and use my artificial tears religiously. I use Refresh Optive advance preservative free. It takes a lot of drops to rehydrate in AM. Any other ideas what I could do otherwise? My eyes are super dry in am.

Dry eye is common after LASIK.  I usually pre-treat everyone with Thera-tears 4 times a day for a month before surgery.
If you aren't using Thera-tears or Nano-tears MXP 4 or more times a day ask your doctor if you can.
Sometimes the post op drops aggravate things so have your doctor look to see what you can eliminate or change to a different brand. Some generic drops are really hard on the eye.
Finally, my go-to treatment for someone who wants quick results is unfrozen autologous serum drops. Used twice a day for two months it works wonders.
