My cosmelan mask seems to be falling off in small patches 3-4 hours after application. Is this normal? (photos)

Hi I got Cosmelan applied earlier today. I was told to sleep with it over night and wash after 8 hours. It has been drying in the first 4 hours and developed a crocodile skin like texture. What worries me is that it seems to be falling off of my face in small patches already and I am sure most will come off if I put me face down on a pillow. Is this normal/ok?

Cosmelan is a fabulous product to treat facial Melasma.  It takes two treatments 3 weeks apart to remove the hyperpigmentation from Melasma. Most of my patients have sensitive skin which contributes to their Melasma. It is definitely not a contraindication for Cosmelan therapy. For the best ...

Cosmelan is a great way of treating the sun damage and melasma.  I would definitely not exercise when you have the mask placed.  The heat and sweat from exercise would remove the Cosmelan and could affect the results of the peel.  For the best results please consult a board certified de...
