Hello and thank you for your question. You should be able to have Botox injected into your masseter even after Radiesse because they should be injected into two different sites.
The Radiesse injections should not be in muscle, so getting the Botox into the masseter muscle should not cause concern especially with a needle long enough to reach the bulk of the muscle . Even with a fanning technique, the product should not be injected into muscle and instead in a layer under the skin.
I would recommend going back to the same injector so that you can discuss this with them as well and they can assess the site. Good luck!
