Would lip repositioning help me achieve a more balanced look? (photos)

I have quite big lips naturally but my top lips doesn’t touch my bottom lip naturally. I have the either pull my upper lip down or lift my bottom lip. My top lip also disappears when I smile but I don’t have a gummy smile. Suggestions?
