Redness and broken capillaries appeared during pregnancy where I had filler - is this normal?

During pregnancy, the area in my chin where I have hyaluronic acid filler injected is red and full of capillaries. I checked with 4 dermatologists to make sure there's no infection. Is it normal for filler to react this way? Or could it be because of the pregnancy?
