Bad odor while chewing after root canal in upper left molar whose roots are in sinus. What should I do?

I had my root canal two weeks back in upper left first molar ,my dentist informed me that my palatal root is in sinus.now I am feeling mild pain and bad odour while chewing

Hi:The tooth under the crown can not get infected, it can get decayed and the roots or the gum can get infected.  Rinse with warm salt water, keep the area clean and have it reevaluated in 7-10 days.Best,Dr. Maddahi
