Can 3-4 cups of Green tea cause hair loss?

I've been drinking 3-4 cups of Green tea daily for a long periods of time, i think for about a year, it really helped me a lot in weight loss but after a year now I'm visibly noticing my hair loss, maybe it is normal or seasonal, i don't know actually, I'm failed to find out the reason, please help?

green tea does not cause hair loss. You may have hair loss genes and suffer from  andro genetic alopecia .

Green tea is unlikely to cause hair loss for most people. The epigallocatechin-3-gallate compound in green tea tends to promote hair growth. Various models have been studied including androgenetic alopecia. See your dermatologist for proper diagnosis. It's unlikely green tea at 4 cups per day is the cause.Human hair growth enhancement in vitro by green tea epigallocatechin-3-gallate (EGCG).

Green tea can not cause hair loss.  Genes and hormones working together cause hair loss in people who inherited the genes for balding
