Red lines & red dot in the lash line, could it be cancer? (Photo)

Hello. Some years ago i got a lot of permanent red lines in my eyes and in one of the eye I have a red dot in the lash line. No one I have asked know what it is? Is it cancer? I’m worried about it because it came when I used to do lash extensions in so many years.

The broken capillary on the white of the eye is nothing to worry about and will probably be there forever. The red bump on the eyelash margin is a benign simple cherry angioma which is easily and quickly zapped with electrocautery. Nothing to worry about at all.
