Red lines & red dot in the lash line, could it be cancer? (Photo)

Hello. Some years ago i got a lot of permanent red lines in my eyes and in one of the eye I have a red dot in the lash line. No one I have asked know what it is? Is it cancer? I’m worried about it because it came when I used to do lash extensions in so many years.
