Hi I'm considering microneedling RF, but have sensitive skin more sensitive around my nose and forehead area. Is this safe for sensitive and/or thin skin? Does microneedling RF wear on the skin in the long run causing more sensitivities? What other procedures would you recommend for delicate skin that has lost firmness and plumpness in the skin? Thank you.
