Would threads help lessen hollowness and A frame deformity? 28 y/o female (photos)

I’m a 28 year old female seeing upper eyelid hollowing resulting in an “a frame” deformity. I know many recommend filler there, but I don’t think that’s worth the health risk. I’m wondering, could volumizing threads in the upper, inner brow bone area help plump the skin to lessen the hollowness? Is this even a possibility with threads?

Thank you for sharing your question and posting your photo? Thread lifting only works for the top layer of skin, not the deeper tissue. You do not have enough loose skin for there to be a significant improvement. RF or Ultherapy might be better choices. See an experienced oculofacial survey....
