My chin filler kinda looks like an egg. It feels so think in front & doesn't blend well with the area beside it so it doesnt look natural. The injector only injects from the middle and none from the sides and i feel like its what causing it to be so rounded and thick in front. It isnt symmetrical as well its a bit to the left. Is there any way to fix this? Can i get it thinned out by hyaluronidase? And what should i do?
