Hello, prophilo doesn't have BDDE which is a glue. Filler, have BDDE so that it will hold the hyaluronic acid in its place and fill the area. Prophilo, doesn't have it and contains only hyaluronic acid. this makes the product safer. it is done just under the skin and it spreads like a spider web...
