Are there any doctors in the United States that do nose thread lift surgeries?

It''s a surgery thats most common in Korea, China, and Singapore to enhance the nose but I haven't seen any doctors in the United States that offer this kind of surgery. I've only seen thread lift for facials so far. Does anyone know anything about this?

A variant of a nose thread lift is done in my clinic using a permanent nylon threaded sutured anchered at the upper lateral cartilage and brought out just under the tip of the nose through a 2 mm incision, through which the nasal depressor muscles can also be removed. The result is permanent and elevates, narrows and thins out the nose. The procedure is done under local anesthesia in abour 20 minutes. Tape is worn for a few days. No pain or breathing problems occur.

I would not call nose thread lift a surgery because it can be done as an office based procedure with minimal discomfort. Many doctors who have been trained in PDO threads are using them to improve nasal contour and appearance.  I no longer do nasal fillers but instead use PDO threads because of greater precision and a better safety profile. They can be used to lift the nasal tip, straighten a nasal curvature, and fill in volume deficits.  Also, I have had several patients who have noticed that they can breath more freely through their nose because the nose threads have provided support and have lifted the nose (think Breathe Right nasal strips).   I hope that this information helps!
