If my dentist does resin posterior filling on my receding gums, will it help my gums from receding? (Photos)

Will it Help my Bad Receded Gums from Periodontal disease if my dentist does the resin posterior filling on my front & close to front side? Will it keep them from receding or not? Will they Hurt? I’m needing to know because I’ve been hurting for 3 months now due to another dentist (not my dentist that wants to do these filling & do a deep Scaling & cleaning under my gums that, pulled a back bottom tooth and made them All lose & hurt! And Will all of this help me? Thxs,
