Propecia and neurological damage?

Dear Drs, I am 26 years old and have been taking Propecia for 2 years now without any side effects. I read in an online forum that Finasteride through inhibition of allopregnanolone in the CNS can cause neurological damage and lead to MS or Alzheimer or other issues. I don't believe what I read on online forums which is why I really appreciate your kind opinion. Does Propecia cause damage to the brain or cause MS or Alzheimer? By how much does it reduce allopregnanolone levels in brain and spine ?
