Dear Drs, I am 26 years old and have been taking Propecia for 2 years now without any side effects. I read in an online forum that Finasteride through inhibition of allopregnanolone in the CNS can cause neurological damage and lead to MS or Alzheimer or other issues. By how much does it reduce allopregnanolone levels in brain and spine ?
