Which treatment is best for my penis - Laser Hair Removal or Electrolysis? (photos)

I have hairs on my penis. Day by day its growing fast and spreading all over area. After a lot of searching in Google, I found some information but still confused to chose laser hair removal or electrolysis treatment. And is there any chance to came this problem genetically? I attached photos and see my skin color and hair color and suggest a good treatment. I hope u all help me.
