You will need a combination of multiple treatments to lift this scar. Subcision with PRP and infini as well as micro-needling RF may be helpful. Following this a filler can be implemented. If the subcision entry point is covered with a semi occlusive dressing there should be no mark. Find an expert. Good luck.

Unfortunately, the laser has left you with a scar. A 1064 laser can go deeply and this happens if too much power is used, not enough cooling, or pulses are stacked. I don't think subcision will improve this at all. I think that excision and scar revision are needed.

Agree that subcision will not improve this much. Excision with flap or graft repair, then ablative lasers will help make the area smoother. Ideally if you are having a FTSG (graft), your surgeon should ELEVATE the scar. Much easier to treat if scar elevation is achieved. Another option is angled co2 laser to the scar walls.
