Can I do Vacuum Suction Butt Therapy if I’ve had a BBL less than two years ago?

hmmnotsurereally
Hello, I had a bbl about a year and a half ago, and I’ve developed some indentations on my butt. My surgeon said not much can be done to fix it because there’s not enough fat and the results won’t be that strong. They also gave me way too high a quote for a second BBL and it’s just not in my budget. I wanted to know if Vacuum suction therapy is an option for me? I really want to try it out but is it okay to go through with it if I’ve had a bbl in the past? I wouldn’t want it to kill the fat cells or anything like that.. I’ve also been doing a lot of research and if I don’t see much improvement with this, I’m going to try sculptra injections to fill out my indentations. I’d really love to hear from a doctor if this would be a good idea because my surgeon is non-responsive. Just want someone to shed light on my deepest insecurities. I also developed loose skin on my arms, inner thighs, and stomach where they did the lipo and I just cover my entire body now. I’d love to know if there’s anything that could be done about those as well. Thank you so much.
