4-mo-old, indented trauma scar ER Dr refused to clean/irrigate wound but have been babying it and healing fairly well Most Drs say not to excise based on size/location/healing Recently told there appears to be debris ER Dr left in wound and could be removed surgically but would eventually come out on its own Looks like a few small holes with dirt in a pink area Can anything non invasive help this along? Thought of exfoliation? Microdermabrasion?medihoney?colloidal dressiing?silicone?Peels?
