A set of the same views taken after the surgery from the same distance will provide meaningful comparisons from before to after. In terms of the actual measurements in millimeters, There are standard points such as the nasion and nasal tip from which standard measurements of length projection and width etc. can be made. If you consult a textbook of plastic surgery, go on the Internet you can find out where these points are and how the measurements are made. You would need a calipers to make the measurements. However these are much less meaningful than the appearance comparison in the photographs mentioned above.
