Will air injected into dermis when dissolving filler need to be removed?

Hi, if air got injected under the skin, it should dissipate rather quickly. It is not dangerous to have air in your skin, you will not get an air embolism, that only happens if the air is injected into your blood vessel.

Hi eternalrose, the air that was injected will get absorbed over time. When there is air under the skin it can feel like “rice crispies” when you press down. If there was a small bubble when the hyaluronidase was injected, you may have heard a bible sound, but it is most likely very small and you may not feel anything under the skin.
