Would a belly button revision fix this? (Photo)

I am 5‘7“ tall and 128 pounds. I had a full tummy tuck with muscle repair on 03/02/21. I don’t mind my bb when I am standing straight even though I can see the scar, but I really hate it when I lie down on my back. It completely pops out. Would a revision fix this?
