Why do my teeth look worse after 3 years of Invisalign treatment? (Photo)

Can someone PLEASE help me. When i started invisalign I was told i it would be 1 1/2 treatment. During that time i had several refinements done up until 2 yrs. At the 2 yr mark my orthodontist refined again only to come back with another 2 yr treatment! (52 U+L) I cant tell you how many aligners I've had totally but i have shoe boxes full of them. The WORST part is my teeth look worse today then they ever did. And i now have additional issues i never had when started like my being off centered??
