Face shrunken 3 months after PRP - will the results ware off?

I had one session of PRP injections three months ago, mainly for a bit of volume and lift to the lower face, but now my skin has tightened so drastically that my chin has shrunk and my face looks unproportionally smaller. I already had a thin face to begin with so I am very unhappy with the results. Can I expect these results to wear off over a few months and my face to return back to its original proportions? How long should it take? I am 43 years old.

I've never heard of this type of reaction to PRP before. PRP contains growth factors which stimulate regeneration of tissue in a very natural way, according to your body's direction. The emphasis is on natural tissue regeneration and rejuvenation. The description of drastic tightening suggests that more than PRP was involved, such as filler or the use of an energy device like radiofrequency or ultrasound. More details would be helpful, including platelet dose, injectate volumes, location, depth etc.
