It hurts to massage my breasts 3 weeks after breast augmentation. Will this damage my procedure and results in any way?

Hello. I got a BA 3 weeks ago with the dual plane technique where most of the implant is under my breast since that was where I was sagging the most. My doctor told me to perform breast massages (moving my breasts up, down, left and right) on my second week, but it hurts so much that I cannot do it. Will this damage my procedure and results in any way? Thank you so much.

At size 32 A, each 100 cc of implant corresponds to 1 cup size change.  To achieve a C, you will only need 200 cc implants.  450 cc implants weigh approximately 1 lb each, will result in descent and require revision.  I recommend a smaller size implant.  Best Wishes,Gary Horndeski, M.D.
